The hotel is conveniently located near public transport in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are modern and bright, albeit without A/C. The service is exceptional with friendly and professional staff offering complimentary bottled water and ice cream. While dining options are satisfactory, the location offers efficient design and a good breakfast.

The hotel was great in some aspects, with ultra-modern and well-furnished rooms featuring a very comfortable working table, but they were not like the pictures and lacked windows and sunlight. The service was top-notch with kind and helpful staff, especially Dominique. The location was convenient, being a short walk from the main train station and the old quarter, though there were some issues walking at night. Dining options were limited, but the facilities were comfortable and varied.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a larger than expected accommodation. The location, close to the train station and the old town, was very convenient, perfect for exploring Bern. However, being a bit outside the center may require short tram rides.
